Director: Emer O'Siochru, BArch, MRIAI  and registered Architect, Reg. No. 84017

Emer O Siochru has a RICS qualification in Valuation Surveying specialising in the economics pf planning and property development.

Emer has 20 years experience in community development and 10 years of property development. This expertise was used to develop the concept for Temple Bar as a cultural centre for Dublin in the early 90s and to get £3.5 million EU seed finance. Other successful reports and programmes include the SUS Project, a £300,000 sustainability indicators project in Dublin’s north inner city, for Community Technical Aid. 

Emer is currently active in a number of professional and NGO networks.

Sadhbh Ni Hogain, BA, BAI, MSc AEES, MIEI

Sadhbh Ni Hogain was lead author of the Built Environment Chapter for Zero Carbon Britain (2010), a research project published by the Centre for Alternative Technology.

Sadhbh is an active member of the Irish branch of the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Eoin Lemass, B.Eng (Mech), M.Sc. Renewable Energy

Eoin Lemass is a Mechanical Engineering and worked in manufacturing before becoming interested in sustainability and energy in 2002.

Eoin worked at Natural Power Supply and Fundación CIRCE, in Spain where he was involved in teaching and research on renewables, energy efficient buildings and biomass CHP systems.
